"Tell Your Centre to Vanquish Again" is a midtempo, piano-driven ballad written by Bernie Herms, Randy Phillips, and Matthew Due west. An accompanying video was directed by Kristin Barlowe and premiered June 1, 2016.[7] It focuses on a woman who releases her sadness through dance and a human who takes up battle to defend himself after a mugging incident, both shown to accept grown stronger through their struggles.

"Tell Your Center to Beat out Once again" entered the Christian Songs chart dated Baronial 8, 2015 as an album track.[9] It re-entered at 32 on the chart dated January 2, 2016 following the announcement of its release as a single.[x] The song reached its peak position of two on the chart dated April 16, 2016 and was the week's greatest gainer in digital sales.[11] In reaching this position, the vocal surpassed 2014's "Promise in Front of Me" as Gokey's highest-charting entry.[12] Information technology peaked at number two on the Christian Digital Songs sales chart the same week.[xiii]
